Love my Victorian Glass Greenhouse!

We have had this beautiful greenhouse now for one year and it has withstood two Nor’easters in New Jersey with high winds, etc. we hired the two women crew that the company recommended to construct it. We placed it on our concrete patio…They came in like a force of nature and erected it in less than a day and a half! They were extremely professional as well. I will enclose pictures from both early on and once completed

Great new hobby!

I’ve been so pleased with my Royal Victorian greenhouse. I can now put big pots of agave inside for the winter, instead of buying new ones. We started seeds inside for plants that butterfly caterpillars eat, and we now get so many butterflies! It’s been a wonderful addition to our home and garden. It’s attractive to look at as well. In addition, the service from Exaco has been excellent. Whenever we needed anything, they rushed it to us right away. They’ve been both helpful and friendly. I’m very happy with my purchase!

Our vi36

Even though I took a while to start the assembling , the entire process (well packed and delivered) was seamless and I did not face any challenges while putting this together since the instructions were very clear (Both manual and YouTube). The design was a well throughly thought thru one and I was mind blown by every single aspect of it that was taken care with utter care . I haven’t installed the louvered window panes yet , for now covered it with the acrylic board that was provided. I have tested this for all weather (we had heavy strong winds, hail, rain and a hot summer). Looking forward for the critical winter season, let’s see how it goes. Thanks and appreciate you taking care of all my needs end to end.

Good unit

I have had this for a year now and its been fine for me once assembled in place. I would strongly recommend 2 or 3 people to erect it, and study BOTH the paper instructions and the video before ever starting. I am normally pretty good at assembling things with good instructions but this one had me wailing and gnashing my teeth, so to speak. I kept muttering that the Belgians who wrote the instructions must have a far different thought process than Americans do. This MUST be assembled in the right order to work, and there are a number of times where instructions say something like " Now do step B,...... but dont forget to be sure that you have done B minus first" when there had never been instructions to do B minus in order. So I would have B done and then find out I had to undo it to do the preliminary B minus. Great frustrations to build but great enjoyment to use. And the people were great with ordering extra parts when I later damaged a piece.

Excellent Product with a few assembly glitches

I purchased this greenhouse 2 years ago and placed it on a concrete foundation (16inches deep). Interior floor is 3/4 crushed rock over dirt. I have a pretty good grasp of conceptual drawings...but struggled with some of the assembly pictures. Cautionary statements should be printed to warn about inserting extra bolt heads...and necessary heads at critical junctures in the assembly process ( I had to drill out the frame pieces to insert bolt heads for attachments and braces.) Lastly, the plastic top corner inserts (triangles) were difficult to finish. Overall we are very happy with the end-result.
