Returns Policy

Damages:

We only accept returns for products that arrive damaged. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. 

If your item(s) do arrived damaged, please send photos to returns@gardenluster.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf and issue a return ticket, if necessary.

After receiving a return ticket, we will send instructions on how to ship back the product. You can expect a refund within 2 days of the warehouse confirming they have received the package. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Note: Greenhouses are not eligible for returns.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to an administration fee of 3% of the total order, whether or not your order has shipped.  If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges.
